The Penderi Retrofit Energy Project upgraded 644 homes with solar panels and battery storage. Delivered by Everwarm and Sero for Pobl Group, this £5.1M project generates 1.1MWh of electricity annually, meeting 60% of the community's energy needs and cutting bills by 30%.

Dyson Energy Services, in partnership with South Lakes Housing, has completed the first year of a project to improve the energy efficiency of 367 homes in Cumbria. Funded by the  Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), the upgrades include solar panels, insulation, and ventilation measures.
